Job summary

Pocon Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager in supervising all construction works on the project in Malaysia. The role emphasizes adherence to the quality management system, regulatory compliance, daily site oversight, and coordination of subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or equivalent, have at least 1 year of experience or be a fresh graduate, and demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
• Supervise, monitor and control daily work at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Carry out inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity/fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
