Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedule.

The candidate will coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers, monitor quality and safety, and report progress to the Site/Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or construction works is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work at several construction sites and manage site activities.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and work schedule
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Check the quality of work and ensure proper construction methods are followed
• Monitor site progress and report any issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for site activities
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation
• Assist the project team in solving site-related problems
