Job summary

Chop Lee Huat (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the project site in Malaysia. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and the project schedule.

In this role, you will lead coordination with subcontractors and workers, monitor safety practices, prepare daily progress reports and promptly raise any site concerns to the Project Manager, delivering quality results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive and committed to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and project team members
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Prepare daily site reports and provide regular updates on work progress
• Identify and report any site issues, delays or construction-related concerns to the Project Manager
