TERAS TEKAD SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor - Defect Management to oversee building defect rectification works at project sites after handover. You will coordinate activities, inspect defects, and guide workers and subcontractors to deliver timely repairs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on supervision experience, strong technical knowledge of building construction and defects, and the ability to lead a team, organise programmes, and maintain safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building defect management and rectification works.
• Strong technical knowledge of building construction and common defects.
• Ability to identify defects and provide practical solutions.
• Hands-on supervision and guidance of workers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate building defect rectification works at project sites.
