Job summary

CBH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily site activities and electrical works on our projects in Banting and Rawang, Selangor.

You will monitor progress, manpower, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role requires Chargeman A4 duties, with operation, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of electrical installations, and a strong focus on safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision and electrical experience.
• Familiar with electrical systems and site operations.
• Ability to work safely and follow project requirements.
• Willing to work in Banting & Rawang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and electrical works.
• Monitor work progress, manpower, contractors, and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred.

Candidates with other relevant electrical, engineering, technical, or construction certifications are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision and electrical experience.

Experience in electrical construction or industrial projects will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of electrical systems, site operations, and safety requirements.

Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Willing to work at Banting & Rawang, Selangor.
