Job summary

TIXON DECORATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time role based in Jasin, Melaka. You will oversee construction teams, ensure tasks meet specifications, and liaise with clients and contractors to maintain clear communication.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, hands-on guidance, and ongoing process improvements to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreperson.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the work of construction teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members as needed
• Complete necessary administrative tasks such as timesheets, incident reports and performance reviews
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices
