Job summary

SP Facilitiy Management (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, renovation, or related works. The role requires reading construction drawings, strong coordination, and ability to manage workers and subcontractors on multiple project sites.

Candidate should understand safety practices, be able to work under pressure, and be willing to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, building maintenance, renovation or related works.
• Experience in building, civil, M&E, roofing, waterproofing, painting or renovation works is an advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand site specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.
• Able to manage workers and subcontractors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel between project sites.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• CIDB-related certification / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) qualification is an advantage.
