Job summary

WKF Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at the Kuala Lumpur project site.

The role focuses on supervising progress in line with drawings and schedules, inspecting quality, and coordinating with sub-contractors and workers. The candidate should have a Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering certificate and basic AutoCAD skills, with 1–2 years of plumbing construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to lead and supervise site workers.
• Able to read civil & structure, plumbing drawing.
• Basic autocad skill.
• Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in plumbing construction works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing
• Handling site RFI (Request for Inspection) documentations and verification, RFI & pipelog preparation, and method statements of the projects
• Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries
• Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report regularly
• Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedures
• Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site
• Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are complied
• Carry out site inspection from time to time
• Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matter
• Attend projects site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients or consultants
