Job summary

Khidmat Hijau Sdn Bhd 浤绿基建有限公司 is seeking a site supervisor to oversee construction activities in Johor, Malaysia. You will monitor progress against schedule, inspect workmanship, read civil and plumbing drawings, and manage RFI documentation and method statements.

Job description

Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.

Handling site RFI (Request for Inspection) documentations and verification, RFI & pipelog preparation, and method statements of the projects

Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries.

Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report regularly.

Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedures.

Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.

Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are compiled.

Carry out site inspection from time to time.

Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matter.

Attend projects site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients or consultants.

Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all fit out works are carried accordingly to drawing.

Manage contractors and site progress.

To communicate site issues effectively with contractors and authorities.

Job requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ MechanicalEngineering or equivalent.

Able to lead and supervise site workers.

Able to read civil & structure, plumbing drawing.

Basic autocad skill.

Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.

1-2 years of relevant working experience in Internal Plumbing works is prefered.
