PLANMONT DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Papar District, Sabah. This full-time role oversees day-to-day site operations, enforces safety standards, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, monitoring productivity, conducting inspections, and maintaining records. Travel within the project location and strong communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction.
• Proven track record of managing construction sites and leading diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within project location.

About the role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Manage site safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment

• Control and manage site materials, equipment and resources to minimise waste and optimise efficiency
• Report on site progress, challenges and any incidents to senior management

• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to maintain workflow continuity

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites and leading diverse teams
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent understanding of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the project location as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and site management software
• Current or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications (such as OSHA or equivalent)
• Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor construction environments
• Experience with cost control and resource management is advantageous
