Job summary

Pemaju Perumahan Sungei Ramal (N.S.) Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Nilai project site. You will coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure works align with drawings, specifications and schedules.

The role requires independent work, good communication, and willingness to travel/outstation as needed, with responsibilities including site inspections, progress reporting, and liaison with authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
• SPM and above.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers and consultants.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials and safety.
• Attend site and progress meetings when required.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper site records.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on site matters when necessary.
• Report site progress, issues, delays and other matters directly to Management.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by Management.

Perform other site-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

SPM and above.

Experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsible, committed and self-motivated.

Possess own transportation.

Willing to travel / work outstation when required.
