JW EcoBuilders Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site in Kuching, Sarawak. You will monitor progress, coordinate site activities, and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and at least 3 years of site supervision experience in similar projects. Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in project similar to the scope of work.
• Familiar with hazards and safety requirements for work site.
• Strong understanding of construction process, engineering survey, techniques and materials.
• Able to plan, read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Willing to travel and relocate to work site according to the project location.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor project progress and create status reports for project manager and clients.
• Coordinate all site activities in accordance with the construction schedule.
• Ensure all construction works are carried out per drawings and specifications.
• Oversee workers for productivity and minimize material wastage.
• Handle and resolve site complaints within the time frame.
• Attend and coordinate site matters with contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Assist with resource scheduling and material deliveries to meet task needs.
• Execute project management administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and daily attendance checks.
• Perform other duties as requested by Managers/Directors.

For this job, you will be working full time on site

Please attach alongside your license/certifications from courses that you have attended.

Your scope of work will be as follows:

To monitor the project progress and creating status reports for project manager and clients.

To coordinate all site activities in accordance with outlined construction schedule.

To ensure all construction works are carried out as per construction drawings and specifications.

To oversee/supervise works in progress for workers productivity and also to ensure minimum wastage on material usage.

To handle the complaints received and resolve the complaints within the time frame.

Attend and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (Technical or non-technical)

Assisting with resources scheduling and material deliveries to ensure the resources are sufficient according to team member's needs to complete their tasks.

Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim and etc.

Other duties as requested by Managers/Directors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction related.

At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in project similar to the scope of work.

Familiar with hazards and safety requirement for work site.

Strong understanding of construction process, engineering survey, techniques and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Able to plan, read and interpret construction plans and specification.

Willing to travel and relocate to work site according to the project location.
