YS Aluminium and Glass Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead aluminium and glass installation at Bandar Utama (1 Utama), Petaling Jaya. You will keep activities on schedule, ensure safety, and build to drawings.

You will supervise installation teams, coordinate with main contractors and consultants, and prepare daily site reports while maintaining high quality workmanship on a busy project site in Klang Valley.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium, glass or building site work.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Full-time, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
• Based at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya with travel to Klang Valley sites.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise aluminium window, door, glass and curtain wall installation on site
• Plan and lead installers and subcontractors, and track daily progress
• Take site measurements and check dimensions against drawings
• Inspect workmanship and follow up on handover and defect works
• Keep the site safe and compliant with safety rules
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and the office, and prepare daily site reports

YS Aluminium & Glass is an aluminium and glass contractor. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead aluminium and glass installation at our project site in Bandar Utama (1 Utama), Petaling Jaya, and keep the work on schedule, safe and built to drawing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aluminium window, door, glass and curtain wall installation on site
• Plan and lead installers and subcontractors, and track daily progress
• Take site measurements and check dimensions against drawings
• Inspect workmanship and follow up on handover and defect works
• Keep the site safe and compliant with safety rules
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and the office, and prepare daily site reports

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in aluminium, glass or building site work
• Able to read construction drawings
• Driving licence and able to travel to sites around the Klang Valley
• Able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Responsible and able to solve site problems independently
• Full-time, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
• Based at the project site in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
