Job summary

HAPPY LITE ELECTRICAL SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee electrical installations and site activities on construction projects. You will ensure compliance with drawings, project schedules and safety standards while coordinating with clients, contractors and project managers.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong reading of electrical drawings, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

About the role

As a Site Supervisor at HAPPY LITE ELECTRICAL SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, in line with the company's objectives.

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and site activities.

Read and understand electrical drawings, plans and technical specifications.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project schedules.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, workers and project managers.

Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to management.

Ensure proper workmanship, quality control and compliance with site safety requirements.

Monitor materials, equipment and manpower at the project site.

Prepare daily or weekly site progress reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in construction or electrical installation.

Able to read and understand electrical drawings is a MUST.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to communicate effectively with workers, contractors and clients.

Responsible, hardworking, proactive and able to work independently.

Good problem-solving and site management skills.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

CIDB or other relevant construction certifications will be an advantage.
