Job summary

Panaromic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to monitor daily construction activities and ensure safe working practices on site. You will conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain safety documentation across roadworks, earthworks, drainage and utilities projects.

The role requires SSS certification, a CIDB Green Card, and a degree or diploma in OSH, construction, or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• SSS certification valid with DOSH/JKKP.
• CIDB Green Card.
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities or structures.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994, DOSH/JKKP requirements and construction safety procedures.
• Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, risk assessments and safety briefings.
• Able to prepare safety reports, checklists, incident reports and other documentation.
• Good communication with workers, subcontractors, engineers and project management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper barricading, signage and traffic management at site.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents and near-misses to the relevant management.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.

About you

• Experience in construction/infrastructure projects, especially roadworks, earthworks, drainage, utilities, or structures
• Knowledge of OSHA 1994, DOSH/JKKP requirements and construction safety procedures
• Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, risk assessments and safety briefings
• Able to prepare safety reports, checklists, incident reports and other documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers and project management
• Able to work on-site and in outdoor conditions
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
