Shinsung E&G Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety compliance on our Data Centre deployment in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The role emphasises regulatory liaison with DOSH, DOE and CIDB and enforcing site safety programs.

You will conduct hazard assessments, run daily site inspections, manage contractor safety and deliver safety training to site teams. This is an on-site, full-time role for candidates with 3+ years post-Yellow Book experience.

Qualifications

• Active DOSH registration with Yellow Book.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-certification site experience.
• Experience on Data Centre projects or high-tech manufacturing facilities is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, M&E disciplines, or Environmental Science.

Responsabilités

• Regulatory compliance management with DOSH, DOE, and CIDB to ensure safe site execution.
• Oversee Contractor Management Systems and pre-onboarding reviews of contractor safety programs.

Shinsung E&G Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to lead and enforce safety compliance frameworks for our high-tech Data Centre deployment project in Puncak Alam, Selangor. The monthly salary range for this role spans from RM 6,000 to RM 9,000 based on seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance Management: Serve as the primary site liaison with the Malaysia Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), DOE, and CIDB to ensure ironclad site execution.
• Contractor EHS Oversight: Administer Contractor Management Systems and conduct rigorous pre-onboarding reviews of contractor safety programs to maintain company compliance standards.
• Risk Assessment & Audit Execution: Lead hazard identification, daily site safety inspections, and internal safety audits to minimize workplace ergonomic and operational risks.
• Safety Culture & Training: Design and execute specialized health, safety, and environmental training programs alongside daily site toolbox meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Yellow Book Certification: Must be actively registered with DOSH as a competent Site Safety Supervisor (SSS).
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3+ years of active site experience specifically after holding a valid Yellow Book certification.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, M&E disciplines, or Environmental Science.
• Project Track Record: Prior hands-on experience working directly on Data Centre projects or complex high-tech manufacturing facility construction is mandatory.

Highly preferred but not required:

• Certified CePSWaM Credentials: Certified with the Department of Environment (DOE) for Scheduled Waste Management.
• Integrated Management Auditing: Experience acting as an Internal Auditor for ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 compliance standards.
• Language Proficiency: Mandarin speakers are highly preferred to seamlessly facilitate communication with our primary Chinese clients and site subcontractors.
