Job summary

CRBC KUCHING ART BLUELINE 2 is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to assist the SHO and project team in implementing effective safety management on construction sites in Sarawak. You will conduct regular inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with OSH laws and regulations.

You will monitor subcontractors, liaise with safety supervisors, and maintain thorough safety documentation while promoting a safe working environment for all workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Must hold a valid DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency Certificate.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and applicable safety regulations.
• Able to conduct site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel.
