You will perform risk assessments, coordinate safety programs, and liaise with DOE and DOSH across projects. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in construction, a Site Safety Supervisor certificate, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Possess competent certificate as Site Safety Supervisor.
• 3 - 5 years working experience in construction field.
• Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Can read, speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to use Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint.
• Must be able to travel whenever needed.

Responsibilities

• Check, control and ensure daily site operations conform to SH&E and legal requirements.
• Anticipate, prevent and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices at site.
• Work with department heads on SH&E matters.
• Conduct risk/hazard assessments at site.
• Liaise with DOE, DOSH, BOMBA and local authorities.
• Perform weekly SH&E inspections at the work site.
• Provide safety briefing/training to new employees, contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate safety program at project site.
• Assist during audits and maintain documentation and records.
• Monitor exposure limits of noise, dust, chemicals, gases, etc.
