Job summary

KHAI SHIAN CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety on our building sites in Malaysia. You will implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP and project requirements.

Responsibilities include toolbox talks, inductions, incident reporting, and maintaining safety records. Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, together with a proactive approach, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Site safety supervision registration required.
• Must have yellow book and CIDB card.
• 1–2 years of relevant construction safety experience.
• Able to work long hours and on construction sites.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and valid SSS registration are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities for safety compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, inductions.
• Prepare safety documentation and inspection reports.
• Investigate accidents and prepare corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Supervisor.
• Ensure DOSH/JKKP and other regulations compliance.
• Ensure workers wear PPE and follow procedures.
