Job summary

Green Plus Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang Batu Kawan seeks a Safety Supervisor to enforce occupational safety and health standards on the site. You will conduct inductions, ensure OSH compliance, inspect incidents, and promote a safe workplace for staff and contractors.

This contract role runs until December 2026, offering a base salary of RM5,000 plus RM500 allowance per month and requiring rotational shifts. Immediate availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in OSH or related field.
• Valid Yellow Book registered with DOSH.
• 3–5 years' experience as SSS in manufacturing or construction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety induction for new site staff.
• Ensure workplace and site staff comply with the OSH Act and other related requirements at all times.
• Inspect, investigate and rectify any unsafe acts, accidents and conflicts at the workplace.
• Practice and promote a safe workplace for all site team and contractors.
• Prepare and review all documentation related to safety & health and adhere to deadlines.
• Carry out tasks given by the employer or the person in charge at the site regarding safety and health.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with the superior and subcontractor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields.
• Have a valid Yellow Book registered with DOSH.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience as an SSS in the manufacturing or construction field.
• Good in interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player.
• Staying in Penang and have own transportation.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Can start immediately early September 2026 (contract until December 2026)
• Salary package: RM5000 (basic) + RM500 (allowance)
