Job summary

Tajukon Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Registered Safety & Health Officer to lead on-site safety across construction projects. The role demands oversight of safety programs, compliance with local legislation, and strong leadership of site teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site safety, valid DOSH credentials, and proficiency with safety management software and data analysis tools. You will liaise with authorities and prepare monthly safety reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Safety or in a similar role in construction.

• Excellent knowledge of local SHE legislation and management systems.

Responsibilities

Job description

Candidate should have appropriate qualification and certification from relevant authorities (NIOSH, DOSH, JKKP, etc.)

Registered Safety & Health Officer (valid Green Book Holder) with DOSH

Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Safety or similar role in the construction industry

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and mitigate safety risks

Proficient in the use of safety management software and data analysis tools

Excellent knowledge of local SHE legislation requirements and SHE Management System

Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively

Self-motivated, competent, honest, and hardworking
