Job summary

A Kuala Lumpur–based company seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own monitoring, alerting, and the runbooks behind them for live systems. You will operate production systems under real load and lead incident response with clear, honest post-mortems.

You will drive fixes for recurring causes back into the product, set and track service levels with delivery teams, and apply rigorous discipline after incidents to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production systems under real load.
• Debugging skill across application, network and database.
• Composure during an incident and rigour after one.
• The belief that a repeated incident is a defect, not bad luck.
