TDCX is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems. You will collaborate with software teams to ensure reliable applications, automate routine tasks, and monitor performance to prevent outages.

The role requires 3+ years in SRE/Systems/Software engineering, strong Linux knowledge, and skills in Python/Go/C++/Java, plus Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring tooling. Flexible work arrangements are available with a global support footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems or Software Engineer.
• Proficient in Python, Go, C++, or Java and shell scripting.
• Strong Linux, networking, and relational database knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Develop automation to maximize efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor performance and address bottlenecks before impact.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and conduct blameless post‑mortems.
• Implement monitoring (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs) and security best practices.
