Job summary

Precision Control Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a QAQC Engineer to ensure quality and compliance across site activities and project execution.

You will oversee inspections, document control and non-conformance resolution in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. Responsibilities include preparing Inspection Test Plans, conducting joint handover inspections with clients, and attending meetings with consultants, clients and contractors to coordinate project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; or above related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the related field of work.
• Experience with Data Center/Water Treatment Projects are advantageous

Responsibilities

• QAQC inspections of workmanship through site and material inspections, including preparation and submission of Inspection Test Plans.
• Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and manage site documentation submission.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors and sub-contractors to coordinate project activities.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformances, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute project implementation in accordance with customer requirements and ISO 9001 quality manuals and procedures.
• Identify hazards during design as per ISO 45001 and implement mitigation measures to eliminate or minimise risks.
• Promote a safe working culture by preventing unsafe behaviours during project design and execution.
