Job summary

ADEPT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to plan, coordinate and oversee the QA/QC implementation across project activities. The role requires independent work to ensure quality and proper project execution in each phase meeting client requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, maintaining QA/QC documentation and reports, and following up with contractors to close all quality issues.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Understanding of QA/QC and risk management practices.
• Knowledge in Civil, Structural and Architectural domains is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the implementation of the QA/QC system across all project activities.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality control statistics and quality reports.
• Maintain proper quality control filing and documentation.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure all quality issues are closed.
