Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to supervise and monitor project execution, ensuring vendors and contractors follow the scope, schedule and GMP requirements. You will collaborate with Project Engineers to deliver on time and coordinate with vendors, engineers and production teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and GstarCAD (intermediate to advanced).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project engineering or supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and GstarCAD with intermediate to advanced skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management (planning, scheduling, progress tracking).
• Experience coordinating with vendors/contractors and safeguarding GMP/workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor project execution to ensure vendors/contractors follow the approved scope and schedule.
• Work with Project Engineers to meet deliverables on time.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and site inspections for progress, safety and GMP compliance.
• Identify delays/risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers and production teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare punch lists and track findings closure with engineers.
