Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Project management related training.
• 2 years and above in site construction management.
• Familiar with AUTO CAD, Office, and other related computer software.

• Good working attitude and ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project bidding for technical aspects.
• Monitor project schedule and technical discussions with clients.
• Work out project execution plan and related work plan.
• Perform technical pass-down to all site workers as per plan.
• Manage construction according to design drawings and standards.
• Monitor quality control all through the project.
• Verify construction drawings and scope changes.
• Check material stock levels to ensure smooth installation.
• Handle additional tasks from management.
