West Borneo Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to lead civil and structural engineering projects in Lubok Antu/Engkelili, Sarawak. You will oversee daily management, prepare plans and budgets, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and at least 5 years of project engineering experience in construction, with strong communication skills and travel willingness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day management of assigned construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and high quality.
• Preparing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and tracking progress against them.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Providing technical expertise and support to the construction team, including site supervision.
• Preparing and submitting progress reports, cost reports and other project documentation.
