Job summary

GSD Land is an emerging property developer in Northern Malaysia seeking skilled site professionals to support ongoing projects. The role focuses on overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management and budgeting, monitoring work progress and quality control, and liaising with consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.

You will lead site teams to ensure drawings and plans are followed and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management & budgeting
• Monitor work progress and quality control
• Plan ahead on construction material, machineries equipment and tools for site use
• Liaise and follow up with consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities
• Monitor sub-contractors’ performance and progress of works and claims
• Ensure all the works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction & etc
• Lead and motivate site team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
