Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant HR management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; geography variations may apply.
• Experience with HRIS and Labor Relations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct management to semi-skilled and entry-level professionals.
• Sets annual plans/objectives and interprets HR policies.
• Manages budgets, staffing, and performance reviews.
• Coaches managers for performance development and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts internal investigations of employee misconduct and advises on resolutions.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies, labor laws and regulations.
