Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitoring work progress, preparing site reports, and resolving technical/site issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Managing site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Attending site meetings and liaising with the project management team for progress updates.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2â3 yearsâ experience in site supervision/engineering (fresh graduates with strong interest in construction are also encouraged to apply for junior positions).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively.
