Job summary

PC Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated Site Engineers to support project execution, site supervision, and technical coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works to ensure construction is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Verify workmanship quality and ensure works are completed before progressing.
• Perform on-site setting out, levelling and basic surveying works.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain proper site records.
• Prepare progress updates and report site issues to the project team.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers and site activities.
• Manage material and sample submissions and track approvals.
• Follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and Company Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues.
• Any other related jobs as assigned.
