Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd on-site team in Klang seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and project requirements. You will coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, manage materials and manpower, maintain daily records, and report to the Project Manager.

The role enforces safety policies, inspects workmanship, resolves non-conformances, and ensures completion on schedule

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Possess Civil Engineering qualification (certificate/diploma/degree).
• Good communication and coordination skills; responsibility and adaptability on site.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager on site status.
• Ensure sufficient materials, tools and manpower meet schedules.
• Enforce site safety rules and company safety policies.
• Inspect workmanship and rectify defects or non-conformances.
• Maintain daily site records and project documentation.
• Ensure works are completed on time per the construction schedule.
