Job summary

WZ Construction (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a competent site supervisor to oversee overall project site progress in Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on managing daily project activities to ensure work is executed on schedule and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.

The candidate will coordinate meetings with contractors and sub-contractors, conduct site surveys, maintain site records, and prepare monthly progress payments and reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
• Manage and supervise day-to day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
• Attend project / site meetings coordinate site activities.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work.
• Prepare Site Diary/ daily report, keep all site records and documents
• Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
• Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling
• Able to perform auto levelling and site setting out independently
• Able to issue Bar bending Schedule to Workers
• Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
• To work out quotation/costing of projects, if required
• Prepare and submit monthly progress payment.
• Attend to site evaluation / joint measurement
• Assist in New Project Tender process
