Job summary

WZ Construction (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee project site progress in Selangor. You will manage daily activities, ensure works align with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules.

Independent site setting out and auto leveling are required. Responsibilities include site surveys, daily reports, preparation of monthly progress payments, and involvement in tender processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising site progress and ensuring work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination with contractors and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules.
• Ability to perform auto leveling and site setting out independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure on-schedule progress.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Conduct site surveys and measurement work.
• Prepare site diary and daily reports; maintain site records.
• Monitor works for conformance to drawings, specs and procedures.
• Maintain communication with contractor and subcontractors to plan deliveries.
• Issue Bar Bending Schedule to workers.
• Help in quotation/costing and prepare monthly progress payments.
• Assist in new project tender processes.

Job description

Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.

Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.

Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Attend project / site meetings coordinate site activities.

Conduct site survey and measurement work.

Prepare Site Diary/ daily report, keep all site records and documents

Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.

Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling

Able to perform auto levelling and site setting out independently

Able to issue Bar bending Schedule to Workers

Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.

To work out quotation/costing of projects, if required

Prepare and submit monthly progress payment.

Attend to site evaluation / joint measurement

Assist in New Project Tender process
