FieldCore is seeking a Site EHS Specialist I to support planning, on-site execution, and post-outage review. You will help create and execute comprehensive EHS plans and drive NO HARM culture by coaching teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and country regulations.

The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent, a technical degree, strong English, and proven leadership in industrial field service. Travel may be required; effective communication and incident investigations are essential.

Competenze

• Technical/University degree in EHS or engineering.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in safety.
• Knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements across regions.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement OFS EHS plans and procedures.
• Coach on-site teams to follow field procedures and risk controls.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Manage audits, permits, and safety training.
