Job summary

Golden Touch Space Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a site coordinator for multiple project sites in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires strong communication, on-site execution, and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.

The candidate must own private transport, be able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin being the priority), and adapt to a construction site environment while maintaining documentation and progress reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Must own private transport for travelling to multiple project sites.
• Able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; fluent Mandarin is a priority.
• Comfortable working in a construction site environment, with good communication skills and strong execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers on- site and monitor construction work sequences
• Follow upon material deliveries, verify delivery orders and report material- related issues
• Take site photos for documentation and organise site documents and records
• Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
• Perform other ad- hoc site- related tasks assigned by superior
