Job summary

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced construction site supervisor for ongoing development projects. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, building construction, architecture or related field.

You will monitor daily activities, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, inspect materials, and prepare clear site reports. CIDB Card is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction site supervision or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, workmanship standards and technical drawings.
• Ability to identify defects and propose corrective actions.
• Familiar with architectural, structural and M&E coordination works.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and workmanship at the project site.
• Ensure works comply with approved construction drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and verify they meet approved requirements.
• Identify defective or non-compliant works and report them to the Project Manager or Consultant.
• Monitor rectification works and ensure defects are resolved.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project team members.
• Attend site inspections, testing, meetings and joint inspections when required.
• Monitor construction progress and highlight potential delays or site issues.
• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, photographs and daily progress reports.
• Assist in pre-handover inspections and defect rectification.
