Job summary

Conlay Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Clerk to support administrative activities at the project site in Subang Jaya/Shah Alam. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and meetings, and help monitor daily staff and workers attendance.

The role requires basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. You must be able to work independently, adapt to a project site environment, and be willing to work on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent is required.
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist all administrative activities of the project site.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating site activities & meetings.
• Monitor staffs & workers attendance on a daily basis.
• Prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ.
• Undertake other duties as instructed by the superior.

2. With or without working experience in similar position.

3. Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.

6. Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment.

8. Willing to work at Subang Jaya/Shah Alam.
