Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in project planning and control for civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong project management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil works to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Ensure quality of works per technical specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure safety aspects are compliant with client requirements.
• Report project progress to Project Manager (PM).
• Develop and update Project Work Programme (WP) as site progresses.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors to meet contract/scope.
• Raise RFQ for PM to subcontract.
• Attend meetings with clients to report progress.
• Coordinate with authorities on permits and approvals.
• Prepare Method Statements (MS) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Liaise with consultants to align design drawings with electrical equipment and scope.
