Job summary

TransSystem Continental Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to join our project team in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. You will be responsible for the management and execution of civil works at site, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and TNB schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, 2 years in project planning and control for civil construction, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
2 years of working experience in project planning and control in civil construction or infrastructure project.
Willing to travel.
Strong project management skills and good interpersonal skills.
Willing to accept contract term until Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

Manage civil works to deliver on time and budget.
Ensure quality of works meet client specifications.
Ensure safety aspects of works per client’s requirements.
Report project progress to Project Manager.
Develop and update the Project Work Program (WP) and align with site progress.
Coordinate work with subcontractors to client satisfaction.
Raise RFQ for PM to subcontract.
Attend client meetings to report on site progress.
Liaise with authorities and client on permit approvals.
Prepare Method Statement (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Liaise with client on JMS and claims submissions.
Coordinate with Consultant and assist PM on design drawings for electrical equipment.
