Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple project sites, lead planning, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 8+ years in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects, and demonstrates proactive initiative and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Site-based Senior Project Manager experience is preferred.
• Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• To report project progress to top management from time to time.
