Job summary

Nippon Sanso Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking Engineers based at the Enstek project site to coordinate project resources and drive maintenance and reliability programs for plant facilities.

The role requires a degree in relevant engineering disciplines and 3–5 years of experience in project implementation, plant operation, or reliability engineering. Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred. This position offers a path for career development within a multinational environment with overseas

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Instrument Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project implementation, plant operation and maintenance, or reliability engineering, preferably within the industrial gas or related process industries.
• Good technical knowledge in rotating equipment, mechanical / electrical / electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and reliability engineering.
• Chinese speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources, manpower, materials, and operational activities to ensure efficient project execution and smooth production support.
• Plan, organize, and manage maintenance, reliability, and mechanical / electrical / electrical engineering activities of plant & facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations.
