Job summary

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead on-site operations across civil, architectural and M&E works, ensuring activities align with drawings, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate daily site activities with Contract and Project divisions, monitor quality control & safety, manage progress and reporting, and act as internal auditor to drive delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably managers specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure construction works adhere to drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Oversee quality control, safety, reporting, and meetings; manage budgets to complete on time and within budget.
• Assist the division manager in executing the project quality plan.

Job description

Report to Site Division Manager or Project Department Manager.

Work closely with Contract Division and Project Coordination Division to lead a working team to establish and control all construction issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet client and statutory requirements.

Responsible to coordinate and monitor all daily operations at site.

Responsible for overall construction site planning and projection, construction activities, all relevant report, site meeting and completion of works on time and within budget.

To ensure smooth progress and efficient running of all construction works adhere to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.

To ensure all the structural, architectural and M&E works are in accordance with the project drawings, specifications and schedules.

To assist the division manager or department manager in the execution of project quality plan.

Ensure all company assets and machinery in construction site are properly managed and controlled.

Take ownership of overall deliverables.

To identify and record any construction quality problem.

To control further construction of non-conformance until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected

Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.

Appointed as internal auditor.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

At least5 year(s) of working experience in related field.

Preferably managers specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
