Job summary

NC Engineering & Metalwork Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru invites a Project Coordinator to support Singapore projects from tender through handover.

You will work with site and delivery teams in Singapore, clients, consultants and authorities to ensure seamless planning and execution. The role requires a civil/constructn management background, strong English, and proficiency in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Planning and programming master programmes, micro-schedules and look-aheads for Singapore projects.
• Review tender drawings, specs and scope to understand project requirements.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and submission documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities and clients across Singapore and within Johor Bahru teams.
• Maintain project registers and progress reporting; support tender proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain master programmes and look-ahead schedules.
• Track progress, flag slippage and propose recovery actions.
• Review drawings and contractual scope for buildability.
• Prepare and track documentation for submissions and approvals.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with Singapore authorities and project stakeholders.
• Support site surveys, measurements and action item follow-ups.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with relevant acts and regulations.
