Job summary

UST Global SM (UST) in Malaysia seeks an experienced PI/SI engineer to lead system-level PI/SI analyses across packages, PCBs, and connectors.

You will extract PDN models, perform DC/AC/transient simulations with PowerSI, PowerDC, ADS and HSPICE, and review Cadence Allegro layouts.

Use HFSS for model extraction and ADS for end-to-end channel analysis; 5–10 years in the SI/PI field preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years working experience in SI/PI field
• Working knowledge of IBIS-AMI modeling, jitter analysis, and equalization techniques (e.g., CTLE, DFE, FFE) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level power integrity (PI) analysis, including extraction and development of package- and board-level PDN models
• Conduct DC, AC, and transient simulations using PowerSI, PowerDC, ADS, and HSPICE
• Perform signal integrity (SI) analysis for high-speed interfaces across package, PCB, and connector interconnects
• Review package and PCB layouts in Cadence Allegro
• Use HFSS for model extraction and ADS for end-to-end channel analysis
• 5-10 years working experience in SI/PI field
