The Kiosk Cashier at Private Advertiser operates the kiosk outside Jaya Grocer, Eco Galleria, handling daily sales and cashiering duties with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will manage cash, e-wallet and card payments, issue receipts, and process refunds or exchanges as required. Prolonged standing and weekend work are expected, with Halal-certified products and PH considerations noted.

• Experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing and willing to work weekends and public holidays.

3 hours of OT from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM daily (mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month

Daily OT: 3 hours (mandatory)

Public Holiday (PH) work: Additional payment will be provided in accordance with the applicable PH rate if required to work on a company-designated public holiday.

Public holidays will follow the dates designated by the Company.

Job Summary

The Kiosk Cashier is responsible for the daily operation of the kiosk, serving customers, handling cashiering duties, arranging and displaying products, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations.

Operate the POS cashier system.

Handle cash, e-wallet and card payments.

Issue receipts and process refunds or exchanges when required.

Ensure daily sales and cash reconciliation are accurate.

Customer Service

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Introduce products to customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.

Respond to customer enquiries politely and provide the necessary assistance.

Product Management & Display

Ensure products are properly arranged and attractively displayed.

Assist with product packing and replenishment.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when stocks are running low.

Kiosk Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk and working area.

Use work equipment properly and ensure it is well maintained.

Other Duties

Assist with basic product preparation when required.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.

Friendly, responsible and able to work independently.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Comfortable with prolonged standing.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Candidates who are able to start immediately will be given priority.

The job requires prolonged standing.

Kiosk is located outside Jaya Grocer, Eco Galleria.
