Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a capable Store Supervisor in Malaysia to assist with receiving, stock control, and customer service. You will ensure merchandise is checked, organized, and stored properly, and you will operate store equipment according to procedures.

You will maintain a clean, safe shop floor, assist with supervising staff, handle incidents, and represent KK Supermart professionally, contributing to a positive store environment and the company image.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing environments is preferred, especially 1–3 years.
• Experience supervising staff is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise; record, organize, store, and return goods when needed.
• Support daily stock and merchandise handling to keep inventory organized and accurate.
• Keep shop floor, storage areas, and facilities clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Use store equipment and machinery responsibly per operating procedures.
• Care for company property, equipment, and goods.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful service to customers at all times.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies and inform supervisor when necessary.
• Represent KK Supermart in a professional manner and uphold the company image.
