3A United Sdn Bhd is seeking a confident, friendly livestream host capable of engaging customers on TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. You will assist with product inquiries, manage displays, and coordinate with sales teams to boost online and offline sales.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, proactive in learning, with basic social media knowledge and a willingness to work on weekends or holidays. prior retail or livestream experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of camera.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to conduct livestreams on TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media and online selling is an advantage.
• Retail or livestream experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or shift schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and product display in the store.
• Handle stock arrangement and basic store operations.
• Conduct livestream sessions to promote products and engage with viewers.
• Introduce product features, promotions, and answer customer questions during live sessions.
• Work together with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
• Create a fun and interactive shopping experience for customers online and offline.
