ShoeMo Penang is hiring a full-time Shoe Cleaning & Customer Service Crew member to join our Penang team. No shoe-cleaning experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include customer service, receiving and registering shoes, taking photos, cleaning and caring for shoes, basic quality checks, keeping the shop clean, and assisting with daily operations. The role suits someone who enjoys interacting with customers, communicates in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and
